What is the difference between the electronic prescription request service and the online visit?
What is the difference between the electronic prescription request service and the online visit?
If you need to renew your regular medication or obtain a specific prescription, we recommend our prescription request service. This involves requesting the service, completing a medical form sent to your email address, followed by a review by a doctor of the information provided. Based on the information and documentation submitted, an electronic prescription will be issued to your email address or to your pharmacy of choosing without the need for an online visit, making it significantly less expensive.
An online visit is recommended for symptom assessment and other the services offered.

For online consultations on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM: €49 | From 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM: €59.
For prescription renewals on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM: €29
For online consultations on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM: €59
For prescription renewals on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM: €39
Home or Hotel visits. Only in Barcelona on weekdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm: 199€
