Prescription Policy (Jurisdiction-Specific)

• Prescriptions are issued based on clinical assessment, medical necessity, and professional judgment.

• Prescription availability depends on the patient’s physical location at the time of consultation. We are able to prescribe for Ireland and Spain.

• Irish prescriptions comply with Irish Medical Council guidance and may be dispensed in Ireland and is sent by Healthmail.

• Spanish prescriptions comply with Spanish and regional regulations and guidance from the Colegio Oficial de Médicos de Barcelona (COMB) and may be dispensed in Spain. The platform used for sending the prescription is REMPE. 

• Cross-border prescriptions for other European countries may not be accepted by all pharmacies, and controlled drugs cannot be prescribed via telemedicine.
